Privacy Policy

Last updated April 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Delibera, Inc. (“Delibera,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit delibera.ai or use our services. This policy is a plain-English summary intended for general understanding; the contractual data protection commitments enterprise customers rely on are in their respective Master Services Agreements and Data Processing Addenda.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you request a briefing, submit an inquiry, or correspond with us by email, we collect the information you voluntarily share — typically name, work email, company, role, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

We use privacy-respecting analytics (Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights) to understand aggregate site usage. These tools do not use cookies and do not track individual users across sites.

What we explicitly do not collect

  • We do not set advertising or retargeting cookies.
  • We do not fingerprint visitors or sell site traffic data.
  • When enterprise customers use the Delibera application, their inputs and outputs are never used for AI model training — this prohibition is enforced contractually across every model provider we integrate with.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to briefing requests and business inquiries.
  • Operate and improve the Delibera website.
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site (e.g., Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email). These providers are bound by contractual confidentiality obligations and cannot use your information for their own purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Delibera, our users, or others.

Data Retention

Marketing-site contact submissions are retained as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for reasonable follow-up. Enterprise application data is governed by the retention terms in your Master Services Agreement (configurable 30 days to 10 years, with guaranteed deletion on request).

Security

Delibera deploys enterprise-grade security controls: TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256-GCM at rest with organization-specific keys, dedicated schema per enterprise tenant, PII-safe logging, and SOC 2 Type II certified hosting. See our Security page for the complete controls inventory.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email legal@delibera.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

Delibera is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes to This Policy

We will post material changes to this policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. If changes materially affect how we handle information you have already provided, we will notify affected parties by email.
