From the patient’s records to a deliberation summary
Add the records, confirm the chart, run the board, read the summary. Each step below is a screen in Delibera, and one synthetic patient runs through all four.
How a case moves
1
Start from the records
A case starts one of three ways: drop in the patient’s records, describe the case in your own words, or fill in a structured form. Records can be PDF, Word, text or CSV lab files, and there is room for what the records don’t say, such as a patient’s priorities or how far they travel for care.
Delibera works from written reports. It does not read medical images or device signals: imaging and pathology enter the record as report text, and image files are neither read nor kept.

Record drop
Add everything you have. The label under each file is a guess from its filename; Delibera classifies each record by reading it.

Imaging and pathology are analyzed as report text only. Image files are not read and are not retained — send the report text rather than a scan. This upload path always requires a BAA-covered model provider -- if none is configured, extraction fails clearly below rather than silently.

What the records don't say — context only you know
e.g. patient declines chemotherapy; strong family preference for QoL; travels 3 h to clinic

Confirm the chart before anything runs
Chart check shows every value with its source: read from a record, computed from other values, or entered by the physician. A gap reads MISSING until someone resolves it, and a derived judgment such as Grade Group waits as PROPOSED until the physician confirms it.
Anchor fields, among them PSA, Gleason score, stage, castrate status and performance status, each need an explicit confirmation before the case can run, including the ones with no value. Try it: the way forward opens only when every anchor field is settled.
Chart check
Every value below carries its source: extracted from your records, computed from other values with the method shown, or entered by you. Gaps read MISSING until you resolve them. Derived judgments (Grade Group, castrate status, ...) render as PROPOSED — you confirm them, not the extractor.

Confirming asserts that you have reviewed these inputs and they are the basis you want the board to run on. It records extraction provenance — it is not a clinical endorsement and not a signature on any recommendation.

Try it. The confirmation rules are the app’s; the values are the synthetic patient’s. Nothing you enter leaves this page. 3
Run the board
From the case view, one action runs the analysis. The specialties that sit at a GU tumor board each form a position on the confirmed record, then answer one another. A position can change when the argument warrants it, and the summary records which ones did.
If a specialty drops out partway, the case view says so and labels the result a partial analysis, not a complete one.

No definitive call until serum testosterone, prior-therapy timeline, and formal cM adjudication return — then treat as conditional framework below.
Report signature attests computation provenance — model, evidence index, input hash. It is not a physician endorsement, and this is decision support the treating clinician owns.
Since the last run
No changes since the last run.
The case view after a completed run, as the app lays it out. Had a specialty dropped out partway, the status would read Needs review, with this line: “One or more specialties were dropped mid-run — treat this as a partial, not a complete analysis.” 4
Read the summary
The report opens on the case as the records state it and the board’s primary position. Then come the next steps and their prerequisites, each specialty’s opinion and where it disagreed, the evidence the board drew on, the facts it never established, and trials in the public registry.
This is a real report for a synthetic patient, in the product’s own words. The whole report, section by section, is on its own page, and in Delibera it downloads as a print-ready document.

Medical Oncologist
Where this specialty disagreed
- Partial agreementwith Radiologist: Agree that imaging shows progression and suspicious para-aortic disease, but disagree with describing this as CHAARTED high-volume disease.
- Dissentwith Nuclear Medicine: The PSMA read is useful, but present-tense RLT eligibility is premature and wrong for the unresolved disease state.

Provenance
In Chart check, every value carries its source. In the summary, a computed value names the inputs it came from, and an input nobody supplied reads “Not provided”, never a normal value.
Sources
Each source is marked by how the board used it: cited in a final statement, cited only during the deliberation, or retrieved and not cited. Each one links to its PubMed record.
Guidelines
Guidelines are cited by name and version, as in this line from the sample report.
CitedNCCN Prostate Cancer Guidelines v5.2026 — germline-testing triggers (cribriform, node-positive disease); computed risk classifications INDETERMINATE pending cT/cM (verify against current NCCN document).
Missing data
Each summary lists the facts the board never established, and says plainly that any argument resting on one of them is an assumption until it is confirmed.
How to start
From a first call to your first case
Start without a BAA or EHR integration: Delibera works on de-identified cases. When a practice is ready to use patient data, a business associate agreement (BAA) covers it. We are looking for design partners to help shape the outputs and workflow. Request access and we will set up a call.
Request access for your practice
We are opening access to GU practices in the WWAMI region first. We read every request and will get back to you within two business days.
